Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Kitio, provided by Kerem Berkant Çatkaya, operating as Catkaya Software, Türkiye. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kitio on devices you own or control, for your own lawful, personal use.

How Kitio works

Kitio is a free app. Its modules are built into the app and are activated with an access code or by importing a .kitio file you already have. A .kitio file is a data and content package only — it contains content and settings, not executable code. The app conducts no in-app charges. Legal and support information may be made available through Kitio's official website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: tamper with, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the app's activation or security; redistribute, resell, or share unlocked content in violation of its license; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The app, its modules, and Kitio branding are owned by the provider or its licensors. Content you import remains subject to its own license; these Terms grant you no rights to it beyond personal use within the app.

Activation, seats and revocation

Activations may be limited (e.g., a single-device seat per file) and may be revoked if a code or file is found invalid, revoked, or misused. Revoking or expiring an entitlement does not delete content you created.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kırklareli, Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version (https://kitioapp.com/terms).
